The mediainfo dump just says it's interlaced, which doesn't really mean anything.
Then again, considering that CR botched the video quality for S2 (which definitely is 60 fps interlaced) but not the movie, maybe it really is 30 fps.

I think Duck is the kind of character built to be forced into doing good, and I'd love to see someone accuse him of being a hero while he tries to justify it as just him having fun. You can't bully Duck by calling him an asshole, he wants to be scorned as he dashes out the window, but if you have a character capable of pinning him down with no persona of the week to blame his coincidentally good actions on, then you ruffle his feathers. I can't think of many other ways to catch him out.

Some swords are worth it.
As for Thunderbolt Fantasy's next season, I hope that there is more story drama showing backgrounds and diorama design instead of the episode constantly moving into action (fight) scenes.
That would also make the show better as a binge watch than a week by week watch like the 2nd season.
