Didn't see your post since I was busy talking about Android arc, and I know it's bait but why not.
I like Vegeta.
His hair looks badass, he has a unique and easily recognizable clothing, the few techniques he has were all something I can remember, even their names sounds good.
I like how he started going on a hunt for Freeza's army during the Namek arc, and his slow rise in power (which felt more earned than most of the stuff seen in the story, even if some Zenkais were bullshit), his fights and lines were all memorable.
He really grew on me when he started living on Earth, and stole the spotlight during the Buu saga, the fact that he still felt guilt and considered himself a bad guy, the fact that he loved his family, the Majin scene and his fight against Goku, etc.

I think it's fine if he doesn't get a new form, he's already plenty strong as his, all he needs is just a technique or something, and more scenes with his family, that's the best parts of him.
It's every single character that isn't Goku that gets the treatment.
