Yes it's on Ripples website with their list of partners, they're also partnered with many Canadian banks such as RBC.
It's not just Canada, Bank of England is on there, etc. It's quite astounding in fact.
Also last week an insider leaked the password to a conference call on ripples network with Ripple, BoC, Bank of Brazil, and the Feds. Some really interesting information. BoC didn't outright say they were using it but said they were considering adopting it. Bank of Brazil is confirmed using it. Feds are in adopting stage.

well i've said this before, they want to minimize it but they don't care all that much. I think there may be other reasons for that (price suppression).
there's 1500 new millionaires each day in the USA alone. if 1-200k people become millionaires off XRP, it really doesn't matter. Most will lose their money in the first 5 years anyways. The elites don't care about that. They'll gain a huge financial leverage out of this though.
