>Indonesia
270 million people, not bad huh

There are definitely thai's on Zig Forums, for example the kengan threads are definitely filled with thai people.

>UK that low
>Ireland not even on the list
I'm also surprised the Philippines isn't even higher, like 50% of the people in anime groups on f*cebook are Filipinos.

And yet, they said SEA is irrelevant country.

Make your bets. What series is he talking about?

If that happens they'd probably lose most of their readers

Fuck mangaplus and their shitty translation job.

Fan translation have the chance to be better, if not best translations for manga, while official translators are nearly always shit. Just look at what they did to kimetsu no yaiba

If peruvians had to pay S/1 for Mangaplus they'd all leave, guaranteed. I know my people.

Bear in mind in countries where you can use viz you are going to get lower numbers, I guess that some of them still make it in is a combination of there being a few things you can't get on Viz and mangaplus being more reliable about updates arriving on the hour, you are usually waiting a few extra minutes on Viz, although sometimes you can also catch individual chapters going up early with Viz

U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, the Philippines, Singapore, and India

Also speaking of Mangaplus why do they have a fucking discord server now that's retarded, I made a thread about it but it got deleted

Whatever happened to Asia Comic Con and why was it never repeated?

Various poor business decisions, mostly by marvel sent the industry into a downward spiral that was then accelerated by marvel comics going woke sending most comic book stores out of business, now DC is starting to follow in Marvels footsteps

Ireland is just drunk England for anyone but the Irish.

>then accelerated by marvel comics going woke sending most comic book stores out of business, now DC is starting to follow in Marvels footsteps
You can't seriously be so dumb you think the death of the american comic market is due to politics.

There are so, so many fucking stupid decisions by the big two and retailers behind their decline.

Either Spy X Family or CSM, probably the latter

I know it is, Irish people will deny it but it's very similar to the UK.
t. Irish

Canada confirmed giving little fucks about manga.

By that I think he meant, all of them. Any of the popular stuff from WSJ and JP gets over a million readers, which is a gigantic number when you consider than on Mangadex, a "popular series" tends to get 20k, 100k for the top stuff like Komi and 5toubun, below 10k average for most stuff.

based SEA

Official translations tend to be fine from most companies (Yen Press, Seven Seas, Kodansha etc), it's just Viz (and one or two others) that are bad.

They strike some good deals with Siam Inter so now we have One Piece, MHA, SxF, BC and Hell's Paradise in Thai. But before that I think many already read the English version (tbf they probably read spoiler on pantip or Facebook or whatever first before looking at the pictures on M+)

probably KnY, that series got super normiefied thanks to the anime
