Then I saw the first episode of the 2006 anime, it just skips all the bullshit and in 1 episode and half I was already at the same part. Just why?

The one on Nyaa comes pre-patched to use the 07th mod which is a fan-made mod that adds in voice acting, new sprites and console-exclusive stories. The main reason anyone would tell you that that's bad is if they're purist that wants you to read the original with the filtered photograph backgrounds. So basically a purist on 4chin told you to go vanilla while an entire fan project urges you to try out their all-in-one experience. You decide.

Tatarigoroshi is irredeemable garbage as anime. Otherwise not that much, the tone in some arcs may be different and you'll miss lots of details but that's unavoidable when adapting a novel into visual form. The anime is still good enough.
