The only good thing that could come out of this dumb distraction is if Uraraka jobs, Toga turns into Uraraka and goes straight to Deku. That'd be very interesting. Otherwise it's a waste of time.

Not bad per se, but definitely a low reaction since this is a set up chapter. Unless you are invested in Toga and Ochako's characters and their relationship, then this chapter is meh.
