Why is modern shounen so devoid of creativity?

Why is modern shounen so devoid of creativity?
Even some of the better shounen like JJK just rebrand the same tropes seen 100 times already and does very little original.
When will we start to see more original (shounen) manga again?

Chainsaw man

>shounen
>creativity

I like Chainsaw Man, but it is very similar to Devilman, FLCL, and Shin Megami Tensei.

True. Kimetsu should thank Bleach for it's success.

devil contracts, religious symbolism.

SMT is not a manga, you tard. Also, there are no alignments in CSM.

There is nothing original em Jojo, everything, from the powers to the characters, is inspired in something else.

Idiot, Originality doesnt exist, That is why it is said that it is inspired by other things, You ask for originality and then you come to claim that it is not original just because it looks like something else that they were also inspired by other things...

But user, don't you like yet another story of slaying demons or any other variant of spiritual/mystical creatures?

These are such broad strokes. You could apply this to any Shonen manga ever and it'd work just as well.

>he thinks chin megumi tansay invented devil contracts

Because why the fuck would you ever try anything new and displease the zombie consumer retard japs who shit their diapers and start riots when they see things they don't like

>JoJo
>creativity

>zombie consumer retards who shit their diapers and start riots when they see things they don't like
Isn't that like 95% of the people watching/reading anime/manga?

No works is completely original, everything come from something that existed before it. And tropes? Those are story telling tools, you can't expect writers not using the tools that they have. It isn't about how often the writers use those tropes, it's about how those tropes been use.

>araki talking about creativity

Post the one where Araki says Bleach is a bad Kurumada fanfic.

Look at the retards who hype ever new shonen anime while ignoring all its flaws. Now look at all the retards praising them for being positive. There's your reason.

Holy btfo
Fuck KnY

Only applies to the first two parts.

>Why is modern shounen so devoid of creativity?
Because rehashed shit sells.
>When will we start to see more original (shounen) manga again?
When people stop buying rehashed shit and buy original shit instead.

Original =/= good.

Pretty sure Michael Jackson just wanted to live forever as a hedonistic fag. If his goal was actually to rule the world then he certainly didn't do shit to achieve, like using those all those fucking centuries to amass political power.

Compare the characters without being superficial

> Bleach invented mini-boss concept
> The villains motivations weren't even the same
> Bleach invented military organization
> Bleach invented the damsel in distress trope

Tabata should read that book.

I don't disagree. I'm just pointing out that stories get published (and keep getting published) based on what sells and what doesn't.
As long as there is a huge group of people willing to make generic shounen popular, it will keep being made.

Most generic shounen got sideline, the one that left are the one that executing their concept well enough. It not the matter of creativity, it the execution that matter. All genre have certain cliche and tropes that associate with it.

Bleach should thank saint seiya for even getting serialized

Jotaro and Kenshiro have more in common than with Joseph but the first part was an ocean of 80s cliches

black clover is made with every single shonen cliche in mind so you don't need to ever read shonen again

Look I don't particularly dislike Bleach but Bleach didn't invent any of those things.

Bleachfags haven't read more than 2 or 3 shonen manga and are unaware all of these tropes Bleach used dated back to the late 60s.

In fact, everything Bleach did, Saint Seiya did it first from the Gold Saints to the SS/Mexico Arcs being carbon copies of the Sanctuary and Asgard Arcs. Even the war with the Quincys was just a Hades Arc copy.

YuYu Hakusho is what you should have said

> people can't get the same ideas without being directly influenced by one another

>Faust? Never heard of him.

bros will shounen ever be as good as this ever again?
