Houseki no kuni bros, out time approaches...
Was it axed?
Beastars ending
it wasn't, I stopped following in the middle/third of melon bullshit
You sure? The ending feels really rushed. But I guess it's possible the author just sucks at writing endings.
Japs mostly suck at writing endings.
I haven't read a single chapter of Beastars but the reason nearly every manga ending sucks is that all you really need for a shot at getting an anime is a strong oneshot/first few volumes. After that, they can start being lazy, dragging their feet and rushing certain parts, etc. etc. because they only thought of what would be cool, rather than the way the story works as a whole.
It really says something about the medium when one of the other prospective Orange anime now that Beastars is over, Houseki no Kuni, is considered so good because the writer actually planned out the story beforehand.
What a waste of potential. Fantastic setting and world building but the final arcs were pretty shit. I can't help but think it got axed, too many characters and plotlines are left hanging and the whole premise of the name "Beastars" isn't even fulfilled as Luis and Legosi don't become the first duo team as Herbivore and Carnivore.
But Orange is working on the new Berserk anime now.
its out. God lord, what a piece of crap was the ending. Haru truly have fucked it up.
>5m copies sold image implies juno died
lel
Sadly, yes it has ended. With a lot of unanswered questions.
That's Legosi mom you retard
>all you really need for a shot at getting an anime
Is that all that matters? Do adaptations make mangaka a ton of money?
I find the ending itself is pretty close to how I figured it'd go. What I don't understand is why it was so rushed. If you had the exact same ending, but had another 2 volumes to flesh it out and tie up some of the hanging plotlines, I'd still have issue with it but I'd mostly be satisfied. I just don't understand. Was Paru burnt out? Did it get axed? How else could you possibly explain a story with so much worldbuilding and potential ending on the most underwhelming possible note?
>Do adaptations make mangaka a ton of money?
just look at kimetsu no yaiba. wtf do you think?
i remeber when no one gave two shits about snk before the first season aired but look at it now.
anime in general are glorified ads for the manga, as other user said look at kny
I wonder what happened?? Series got axed? Shitty editors? Paru having a mental breakdown?
the manga took a fucking nosedive as soon as legosi dropped out. so many characters or concepts that were quite literally forgotten by everyone in the story. i'm honestly glad it's over now so paru can't embarass herself any further
To the boring end. The back-to-back Melon retread was a fucking mistake. Should have had Legosi capture Melon at the kink bar, and the rest of the manga be used to flesh out the world and tie up all the loose ends. We still never got more info about the sea war.
Juno's on the left you sperg
This right here man. I feel like Paru had such a raging boner for Melon and over-extended Melon's welcome as a character (and as a way for Legosi and Haru to see future consequences of being together).
>I feel like Paru had such a raging boner for Melon
One tiny japanese woman's furry thirst ruined this manga from greatness
but her thirst for furries made this manga possible to begin with
>but her thirst for furries made this manga possible to begin with
>That herbivore lamb/whatever animal that the bear killed isn't pictured
That's fucked up, he started the whole thing. Even the stupid fucking bug is there.
houseki no shit will never get another season
F
Why would you bring HnK up? Reading just two manga or something?
And westerners are so good at them, like...
Made by the same studio, retard.
No it wasn't. Paru had legit no fucking idea on what to do.
What don't you like about it?
>Houseki no kuni bros, out time approaches
>he doesn't know
