Onodera's masterplan revolves around Osaragi, Ishigami, and Miko fixing their relationship and being honest with each other, as a sort of way to repay them for spreading rumours. Even if they don't want to.
There is no doubt that she encouraged Miko to act as a toxic wife with Ishigami to both force them to be together and as a way to push Osaragi into action out of desperation. And Osaragi fell for it with both shoes, and she'll live knowing that she used and manipulated Tsubame into sacrificing herself to clean Ishigami's name.
This whole thing is a pyramid of schemes with Onodera on top.

I refuse to believe someone who planned on a rejection from the start would spend 100 chapters on this plotline and constantly drop hints of Tsubame liking Ishi back, including her visit to the fortune teller, her wanting to bang him on christmas,the cliffhanger of 203 that seemed like Ishi was gonna defy her rejection only to stretch it out, the entire Osaragi backstory, kaguya agreeing to Tsubames devilish plan while rooting for ishi, giving us more hints of Tsubame wanting to accept his confession...
I honestly get the feeling he wanted Tsubame to win but his editors twisted his arm or some shit because Miko was more popular with the people who actually buy the volumes

My analysis has nothing to do with her being a "waifu". That's shallow reasoning. It's more applicable and consistent with her character to be more modest with her sexuality, as it's well-known that even though she gets many suitors waiting for her at the school gates, she turns them all down.

You're assuming that Osaragi's actions should all be morally justifiable to deserve Ishigami's attention, when that clearly isn't a rule stated anywhere when it comes to love.

Your understanding of "had fun" is biased towards your own preferred outcome. You think "had fun" means sex and only sex, instead of broadening your thoughts as to what else it could have meant.
"Had fun" could also be construed as Osaragi being as obtuse as possible, to not divulge any specific details and leaving anyone who asks guessing or assuming (like what you're doing now). Onodera could have understood Osaragi's response that she was being obtuse for a reason, which makes it suspicious why she needed to be.
Or maybe Osaragi and Kazeno just "had" a "fun" relationship, that didn't involve sex at all. Maybe Osaragi really did enjoy some parts of their short-lived relationship, which is why she watched Kazeno from afar after the graduation ceremony.
You need to open yourself up to viewpoints that do not necessarily agree with your own. I can see where you're coming from with your reasons, I just don't see it as feasible as others that could be.
