Let's post some really underrated shows that have been forgotten in the sands of time.

This show's art was bad at times. Especially when they tried to apply any shininess to the bodies. Shit looked like blisters. The blue girl was best girl though.

It wasn't even a show really. More like a character showcase with a pretensions war that was never explained, because it was just a stage to frame the characters as warriors.

Opening was good and the LNs were kinda ballsy. AU with a different girl is kind of weird though.

I saw the OP singer live once, she started her setlist with that song.

07-ghost. It's world building is one of my favorites

>implying anyone forgot tigre and elena
I still remember the OP as well

Just binged through everything thats out for this today, had no idea that author of hellsing made another series and its actually a fucking really good one, despite being isekai
Jesus Christ, his followers and monster races vs Heroes from time, Adolf Hitlers legacy empire and demihumans is too good of a setting

I really liked it a lot actually. Tigre was a good protagonist and he had a good little arc. Plus it made sense why girls might like him. Also it ended with some sense of closure which is rare for these kinds of shows. There were certainly plot threads to follow but it resolved it's major conflict in a very satisfying way.

Elen best girl

I will post this in every single one of these threads. It's not 100% forgotten but it's getting close.
Yes this show was better than gosick but no it doesn't matter since the author moved to strike the blood (or whatever that shit is called), since DnS didn't sell well, so now we won't even get an ending.
Fuck this gay world.

Some fairly high tier taste there friend.

eh... It had it's moments but the story was the forgettable and the MC didn't even have a character arc as far as I remember. Things just kinda happened around him while he kept the same slightly concerned expression

this scene is where i dropped the anime. fucking retarded even for anime standards.

>- Guilty Crown
>- Sarazanmai
>- Valvrave the Liberator
>- Grimgar
>- Bofuri
>- Noir
>- Bokurano
>- Memories
>- Bubblegum Crisis
These are either too new to be forgotten or too famous to be forgotten. Specially the last two.

Lewdmilia was such a great girl.

I'm just amazed nobody stopped and said "hey, this doesn't look good" or made an equally cheap loop of two opposing soldiers locking shields or swinging the same two attacks at each other or something

He was humble and unsure of what it meant to be a leader but grew into the role over time with courage and honor. He was a fine MC.

>- Record of Grancrest War
Know about it but wasn't interested. Guess I'll check it out.
>- Scrapped Princess
Only watched it because of Chaika, Good shit.
>- Guilty Crown
Ew, no.
>- Sarazanmai
OK I guess.
>- Valvrave the Liberator
Know about it but wasn't interested. Guess I'll check it out.
>- Grimgar
Good shit.
>- s-CRY-ed
Good shit. BDs soon.
>- Bofuri
OK I guess.
>- Noir
Top OST. I really like the series, but it really drags on and on and on.
>- Bokurano
Downloaded and ready to watch.
>- Gundam 08 MS
>- Mobile Suit Gundam 0080 War in the Pocket
I have never watched a Gundam, and the HUGE amount of series filters me. Knowing me, I'll want to watch them all in release order if I ever do so.
>- Area 88
Torrent time I guess.
>- Airbats
Torrent time I guess.
>- Yukikaze
Oof, good shit.
>- Robot Carnival
Nice.
>- Neo Tokyo
Nice
>- Memories
Good.
>- Bubblegum Crisis
Have only watched the first OVAs. OK I guess.
>- Vampire Hunter D (both)
Recently watched them again. One feels very dated. Bloodlust is still a fucking masterpiece.
>- Megazone 23
Torrent time I guess.

Some I love but rarely see threads about them:
LAST EXILE
Gankutsuou
Ruin Explorers
Moribito
Maria the Virgin Witch

None of those are underrated at all, some are even overrated. Literally everything from before 2010 you listed are mainstays of Zig Forums rec charts.

thank you

Yeah included them for the Zoomers.

In my opinion Memories and BGC is known by everyone born before 2000 but is almost unknown by those born after

Also learned about Scrapped Princess because of Chaika. So good.

The Gundams I listed are arguably "the best" if you're not autistic about robots and instead OK with broadly heroic / tragic stories about war.

I 100% forgot Last Exile and Count of Monte Cristo. Also consider those as top tier forgotten series.

Will check out Moribito, thanks.

True. Most of these are known by everyone born before 2000 but are almost unknown by those born after

You haven't watched the original Gundam.

Wolf's Rain

funny way of saying seasonal trash

Every non movie/OVA/ONA was seasonal, nigger.

Please watch RahXephon

Attached: rahxephon.jpg (1024x768, 114.95K)

Didn't like it the first time I watched it.
Now I love it.
Fucking masterpiece.
Nice one.

>The Gundams I listed are arguably "the best" if you're not autistic about robots and instead OK with broadly heroic / tragic stories about war.
Thins is, as I said, I feel like I NEED to watch them all on release order, or I won't get some references, cameos, situations, etc. Like I wouldn't enjoy or "get" them 100% unless I do.
Guess I can start with the original 1979 Gundam.

Related to thread.
Watch Seto no Hanayome.
Plenty of threads back in the day.
Not anymore.

I'd hardly call it a classic, but Brave 10 was a fun little watch. Plot was retarded

Book of Bantorra I fucking love this crazy bitch. Glad they didn't go full redemption at the end

>Underrated
>Forgotten
Fuck ironic shitpost nu-Zig Forums and fuck these threads

Wish there was more of this.

Not because it's well written, but because it's nice to see a chad MC, even if he fucks up the story just by winning fights with nothing but big dick energy.

i was just about to suggest mermaid

And also because the trap archer was absurdly hot
