This has the first two. It easily eclipses 90% of projects on functionality and is staffed fully by experts in their fields.
It's not simply cross-armed asians or random ex-board members of american conglomerates.
However, hype is something it has absolutely struggled with for years. This is the first time it's not completely dumped after a new release. Whether the tech is complete or the mere reference to defi is keeping it going is hard to say. That said, it has garnered a lot more attention lately. And the volume is higher than it has been since the 17/18 bullrun.

I hold about 15k, because I believe this thing could easily hit $10 with just a slight increase in hype (eg Google blogging about their collaboration with iExec)

In a "golden bull run" or the ever more rare widescale adoption, think $50-100.

RLC was one among at least 5 cloud computing coins (Golem, Elastos, SONM, Enigma, etc...) + all the shit that came after like Dadi or Substratum.
