Based mash, even if it's probably a tad overstimated.
And man kimetsu will go to three million in three weeks.

So is Kubo back in the game?

Eh, I am not one of the people consumed by hate of Bleach but I'd think BTW will be a Boruto kind of situation where fewer people will buy every volume, and it's starting from a lower peak than Boruto did. BTW wasn't really enough to hook anyone into a new story, it's basically just hey look at the milkers on her, remember Bleach?

More like next week, that chart only counts the special edition on the bottom line

That's a huge falloff for Kimetsu given that the first week was just 3 days. Did stores run out of copies?

>55k
we're doing well, ayakashibros

BTW isn't a Boruto-style long-running sequel.

No, the bigger the series the more frontloaded it is. Kimetsu is like OP, they sell the vast majority in their very first days (although KnY sort of masks it because it's still growing every week).

It ends at volume 30.

Congratulations AT, you're the new Ghost Tits.
Man Tits?

With those sales, it's the new Naruto. Fuck yo Act Age fags, your male feminist got arrested, and our red pilled lord will keep Japan depraved.

M-m-mashle bros....we were supposed to be 2020's only success....

It's not that huge really
OP sold 1.2m first week and 300k the second, that's 1/4
Kny went to from 1.4m to 500k that's still more than 1/3

>With those sales, it's the new Naruto
New much?
Ghost tits sold similar numbers early on but stagnated very quickly and lost sales as well. Competent ecchi manga in Jump by at least somewhat established mangaka usually manage to garner attention very quickly.

Yabuki is better at this than Ghost Tits. He has experience in teasing. He's successfully bypassed Japan's censorship laws by using reflections. He's had 2 big series before this one.

35 at max, considering how much leeway Soma got, although it sold way better at its peak.

So? That doesn't invalidate my point. It's still not really all that amazing or surprising, especially given that as a veteran artist with an established fanbase that even followed him to something like Darling (to an extent) and multiple succesful series under his belt.
Just look at Robot x Laserbeam, that shit sold 100k first volume.
These are also not Naruto numbers either.

Ghost Tits was 100k+ early on and managed to keep that just a bit for at least half the runtime. I won't call that stagnating very quickly, but it didn't grow thanks to the anime, th same with Bokuben.

Established mangaka so they dont count

In hindsight it really makes you realize what an abysmal failure Sam8 was, even more that what most people say.

It's not hindsight, people knew right off the bat how fucking shit S8's numbers were for the name it carried and the push it got.

Sam8 was just bad in every way. At least it teaches everyone that editors exist for a reason.

now he's hero editor

>OP sold 1.2m first week and 300k the second, that's 1/4
One Piece is losing massively with each volume though. Apparently, sunk investment doesn't work anymore for it.
KnY is still gaining readers. So they're not exactly in the same situation.

GO MASHLE
Man I really hope it breaks out and gets a top tier anime.

Did I hear "GO GO MUSCLE"?

Yes, but to this day some fanboys still whine to me that it had "alright" numbers compared to other axebait rookies, almost loud enough to make me doubt.
Bracing myself for another wave of "shameful perverted nips obsessed with fanservice over good plots like Sam8 or TPGW".

>fumivolume in the top 6
Umm, BASED?

Not particularly outstanding for Bokuben.
But it is surprising that its numbers are mostly stable, when you'd expect a fifth of the fans to jump ship after each volume.
Then again, as far as the usual discussions in here go (things being axed and such), Bokuben is past the point where you'd have to care about sales.

Sam8 was unsalvageable so it doesn't matter if Kishi was behind it. Still shows that he still has a sizable die hard fanbase that would actually buy that trash.
AT is the usual Yabuki so I expect it to outsell Bokuben and Yuuna soon.
