Probably Naruro, it's not great but it had some good stuff going for it, mostly the cycle of hatred with all the old grudges, forcing kids to kill each other.
Dragon Ball's story has always been very barebones, much like capeshit it follows the formula of "villain shows up, hero overcomes the villain, slightly stronger hero awaits the next villain".

Vegeta is probably the better character though.
Sasuke's anger felt mostly ungrounded and misdirected, whereas Vegeta was established as a proud warrior early on, which reasonably explains his actions throughout the series.

Vegeta > Sasuke. Vegeta actually has character growth and a personality. And is fun to watch on screen. And has motivations for his actions.
Sasuke doesn't change much at all. Making him have zero personality. And his motivations are inconsistent.
