Why can't Shounen Jump make interesting girls

Kugisaki is unironically one of the best female characters in a JUMP series.

You posted one.

Why do you consider her bad? I heard form some JJKfags that the manga isn't that good at handling female characters

It's not bad at it, handles them as well as Tokyo Ghoul. The problem is that the author panders hard to fujos and the cast is already predominantly male (which is not necessarily a bad thing). Nobara is a good character that doesn't get nearly enough screentime in favor of Megumi, who imo is pretty bland as a character. There's like three major female characters that are interesting, Nobara, Maki and Mei-mei.

Was that meant to prove him wrong? Ochako's one of the worst female characters in shounen.

Depends what you mean. If you want female characters with actual personalities and who have motivations that doesn't involve romance then they're good but if you just want them to be brawlers in fights you might be disappointed since Novara and Maki are jobbers, we haven't seen what happened with Mei Mei and the rest are on the side lines.

nope she's actually intelligently written but you've probably not even read MHA so ur opinon means jack shit.

jjk tends to have bland characters with forced reliable coolness that make them interesting for JJKfags

>Ochako's one of the worst female characters in shounen.
Read more shounen faggot

shes kinda boring desu. she hasnt done all that much but hopefully thatll be changing soon

Nobara isn't one of them tho

She's a dumb country bumpkin that wants to live a big city life. What's not to love.

Well, there is a difference between a good character and how it gets handled (fights, relationship, screen time, etc).
For me, a character it's compelling if it gets both of these things.
Based on your replies it seems that JJK handles his female characters decently at least.

You called?

Because Yonagi is dead

>the author panders hard to fujos
Where the fuck did you get this from?

>Why can't Shounen Jump make interesting girls

Because women aren't interesting user

Have you read the manga? Even the most hardcore JJfag doesn't deny this.

Seems to me like you're the one that doesn't read the manga. There's zero fucking fujobait in the manga. The most you get is a comedic bromance between Yuji and Todo and that's because they both share the same taste in women. I don't know why you're coming into these threads and lying acting like the manga is fujobait when it's not.

Are you 12?

The billions of dollars circulating from sheer waifuism paints the opposite picture.

Because high ups dont want female characters take spotlight. It changed a bit but araki commented on this ages ago.

Because they are cute and/or hot.

this is completely true and anyone that says otherwise is a retard or an editor

The same applies the shounen females. They're there to be cute and hot.

Good. Like half of all manga is all-girls casts that either put males to the side or have no males at all. Then people watch shonen and freak out about how the females aren't prominent.

You're reading manga for elementary school boys; not only do they not care about girls beyond some measure of sex appeal, they also don't care about well-written characters.

Both extremes are shit.

Audience is kids but introducing a "important" female character that do fuck all and just suck mc cock get annoying fast.

I agree. I'm just saying you're no different from retards who go into "Cute girls doing X male-centric hobby" then crying about how there's no major male characters.
