It was fine, though you could already see the loss of budget in some scenes. In typical MAPPA fashion they blew their load in the first two episodes.

Yes, they're just like Androssi/Bam, GiyuuShino. They have a bit of a rough start and the girl is a little bitchy, but the more time they spend together, the more they fall for each other. At the current point in the manga, they're ready to sacrifice their lives for each other. And the bitchiness turned into being ready to pop out babies for him. I hope the author isn't retarded and he lets them fight together more, instead of pleasing fujoshits by letting the other male characters fight with Yuuji.
