Sorry, the second bit of my post was mistaken, I misread the year.
His point was to mock other anons who were talking about anime's current doom because of whatever current thing. And he was basically telling them that they not only were wrong about anime being doomed, but that the thing that seemed to have suddenly taken over anime had been there long before they had even begun watching anime.

Learn to differentiate between things that people say and things that are real.
It can get more difficult when it's about what somebody says people say and what somebody says is real, but the same principle applies. They are not the same.

I had to drop KnS after about 20-30 hours, it was so boring once they "solved" the case then restarted again.

man katawa shoujo dev team had alot of ups and down, i was just watching and lurking the development, there was so much drama and shit its almost sad. people leaving the project here and there, all that shit. im still really happy after all these years how successful it turned out to be.
