the first one is never possible unless you are stuffing fabric in your bras underwire or something equally weird. There are garments out there that gather under the bust, but they are never formal/button up shits.
The choice between tent and curtain if you have big tits sucks. Tucking only emphasis your curves and draws too much attention, and the other makes you look sloppy and fat.
