This thread is for those of us who old 10k or more LINK. >We are the top 3000 holders of LINK according >This includes dev wallets and exchange wallets >This includes 100k+ whales who divide their stacks between multiple 20k wallets so their eggs aren't in one basket >A top 3000 wallet means at worst 2999 people hold more LINK than you, but likely less than that for the aforementioned reasons. >source: ethplorer.io/address/0x514910771af9ca656af840dff83e8264ecf986ca#tab=tab-holders&holders=1
How comfy are you feeling? I was a NEET for 30 years and in one year I both got a job and managed to save over 10K LINK. Now I'm waiting for the opportunity to return to neetdom.
I hold 10k and im not comfy, how are we supposed to hit $300 by next summer? I want to make it before I turn 30

Had 25,000 bought during 2018; sold 10,000k in June last year when it hit £3+ due to stuff in actual real life, sold another 5000 at some point due to more events that needed actual cash, sitting on 10k and in no rush to sell.

Feels pretty good fren, ngl.
Got in LINK late 2017, and began moving all my holdings into it by February - March 2018.
July 2018 was the toughest time of my life, with all my savings becoming crippled in the market. Took out $15k on credit to buy and paid off the balance in the next 4 months.
2018 was the worst year of my life and, at the time, I didn't realize how necessary it was to experience/go through in-order to be in this position today.
I wish you luck user...don't ever sell/find any other way to last if need-be.
I owe a great deal of gratitude to the shitposters of /biz. I'll probably never leave "for good"; though, had to take some of 2019 to myself after it was crystal clear we were on the track to making it. Can't wait for the yacht party.
>sry for the reddit spacing

You forget people who have multiple smaller accounts and have stuff on exchanges
Ryan Roberts
Just passing by to tell you that I had 3 years. Was here when Zig Forums was digging through breadcrumbs and memeing into existence partnerships. I've never sold a single LINK, bought before 50c and am still below 10k.
True but probably the best assumption we can make is that they cancel out with the people who divide their stacks in to groups of 10, 20, 30k etc. I'm going to assume that the top 3000 figure is accurate. There is no way of knowing 100% for sure, it could be more or less.

How many people do you think hold more than 100k? 200k?
Julian Hernandez
By the way does anyone know a good way of determining how much USD you've spent on LINK? I've bought on 3 exchanges: >binance using ETH>LINK trade >Kraken buying ETH and sending it to binance for ETH>LINK trade >Coinbase Pro directly buying LINK with USD Is there some kind of website or app where I can just input my address and it finds out how much USD total I spent on accumulating my 10k stack? I'm estimating I spent 20-30k but I want to know for sure. Bro you can look it up I posted the link to the LINK address scanner in the OP.
Ayden Kelly
not too comfy frend. I don't know why i didnt buy more instead of gambling away my money.

If you have 10K at least you will be good. Don't worry about regretting what could have been. 10k means you did well enough.
Juan Nelson
Started buying late at 40c since I thought it was just antithetical pump and dump. Then left biz for awhile and didn’t come back till late 2018. Fortunately I decided to dig through all the bread crumbs I missed and have accumulated 20k at all prices since 40 cents. But fuck. I could have had over 100k linkies.
Ive got myself 65k link since day 1 ya feeling good but we all know we should be at $20 now. Anyway it’s just a matter of patience.
Camden Torres
Yeah I mean, I suppose people with less than 10k won't split their stack. But I feel like way more anons than we suspect have 10k+on exchanges. Wasn't that big of a deal back then, and now with ledger hack and also fear of fucking it all up by yourself I reckon some lads rather keep it on exchanges
Most people with a 10k or higher stack are intelligent enough to realize you do NOT ever leave that much on an exchange indefinitely. Exchanges get hacked.
no, that's retarded. nobody keeps 10k+ on an exchange
Andrew Cox
Not selling a single Link until it hits $360 which is achievable when Link hits the top 3 (7.77x) by market cap and then rises in line with ETH which goes to $2,000 (5x). We're all gonna make it if we can continue to be patient.
>he doesn't keep his link on binance for that 1% compounding interest
Dominic Morgan
>Routinely hacked chink exchange
Landon Stewart
this
also, gotta be honest -- with coinbase you're FDIC insured up to $250k (like a bank account), and binance has dealt with every attack professionally/not at the expense of their users.
with that said, leaving your tokens/investment on any other exchange...i would be weary (CB and BNB are big enough entities/have enough at stake to take losses and not screw their customers to become the de facto markets for this industry)
Anthony Bailey
its japanese. and its a free 12 usd everyday
Dominic Ross
let me ask you...when has binance never honored a compromised account's balance previous to an attack?
also: where else do you get that kinda security in crypto?
Hudson Lewis
k bro keep all your LINK on binance then lmao
Levi Thomas
i don't keep all my LINK in one spot in the event that one place becomes compromised you fucking tard
i'm saying you have inasmuch of a chance of fucking your retarded self with a hard/cold wallet than CZ running away with your "millions", when there are billions/trillions on the line in being the most trusted exchange out there
Jayden Cooper
>binance >most trusted exchange kek
Angel Thompson
I need at least $2 million after tax to "make it". (retire and still make an engineer's salary without depleting your capital) Do you really think 10k will get you there? Within the next couple years?
Michael Davis
11k here since ICO, comfy as fuck and never selling unless it's staking gains
Tyler Lewis
Lol. Use a better blockchain explorer software and you’ll notice that there is less than 500 10k holders throughout a few dozens of whales.
Liam Morris
>no argument/retort >no prior example of Binance being hacked AND not protecting its users in the aftermath >misinterpreting the race to being "the most trusted exchange" with already having that title
yikes
Xavier Wright
In the next couple of years? No one can answer that. Eventually? I believe so.
Bentley Lewis
>Use a better blockchain explorer software
like what?
Thomas Campbell
the make it stack has always been 50k
Noah Adams
Name one. And there is no way there is only 500 10k holders. You gotta source that or fuck off.
