Majo No Tabitabi

>make a series with a smug yet kindhearted mc in the first two episodes
>make her a total sociopath in the third

Repost from some user in the other thread about the differences in the ln/anime about slave girl

>Nino's and Emil (the chief's son)'s ages are not given
>Elaina sincerely didn't know about the ending to the story at the beginning; she didn't talk about it with the son, just inner monologue
>Nino was obviously victim of physical and psychological abuse, but the sexual abuse is only implied through the village chief's words when he pointed out he bought her because of her potential to grow as a beauty while laughing "indecently". He didn't ogle Elaina creeply
>Emil has no idea about Nino's status as a slave. His father mentions he wouldn't care even if he told him
>when Nino broke the glass, Elaina didn't point her wand to the chief, she only fixed the mess
>Elaina met Nino's eyes before leaving town. They were "the kind of dark that seemed they essentially carried the darkness"
>she was approaching next town when she remembered the story's ending; it's heavily implied Nino would kill herself. She decide to never return to that place

The yuribait episode was misleading, they should've adapted the chapters in a different order

the yuribait episode captured her character better than ep3 actually.

So she actually cares?

>cucked himself and legalized same-sex marriage in his kingdom just so her fiancee could marry a female knight

how does "not really doing anything" equate to being a "sociopath"?

"here take these flowers"
"k"
"these flowers are really bad. they wont do anything to you, but they'll wreck normies."
"oh. well shit."
>sees dude too far gone and watches him die.
>moves on with her life

then we see her casually invited to a house.
>kid is comically optimistic
>offer to help, but they refuse
>sit idly by and watch the idiocy unfold
>fix a vase
>leave

oh yeah, what a fucking monster, right? both stories she had such a non-presence and was a mere bystander.

>oh yeah, what a fucking monster, right? both stories she had such a non-presence and was a mere bystander.
Yes. That's why she is a monster. The LN confirms she could have saved the dude in the flowers but she couldn't be bothered. It would be like if you saw someone dying in the ditch, instead of helping them or calling an ambulance, you just ignore them and leave.

Well user, if I were to call an ambulance on some dying dude it would waste a lot of my time, I would have to wait and be there, if I were to ignore it I could get home and jack off to my fantasies of Homura raping Tomoko faster, so what's better?

Her father knew this would happen.

whether she could have or not, the dude CHOSE to out to the flowers for his sister, knowing full well what would happen. could she save him? could she undo the plant effect and get him out of there before it reaffects him? could she prevent him from going back as soon as she drops him off back at town? could she actually destroy the field definitively, or would her means of destruction have unintentional negative side effects and possibly make the problem worse?

you faggots watch too much anime that you're brainwashed by hero MCs that just do anything and everything to magically succeed that when somebody is actually portrayed as HUMAN and minding their own fucking business, they're a "monster" or a "sociopath". a key thing to note in the second story is that good intentions can have terrible consequences, so sometimes its best to just mind your own fucking business and butt out.

This scene felt a bit jarring and made me wonder how much of her previous "kindness" was just her putting on an act and not really something coming from the heart.

I can't believe her parents aren't dead yet. How can her mother be alive with the dead anime mom haircut?

I want to challenge Elaina to a boxing match, no magic allowed.

She still fixed the water jug, that makes her the most kind girl in the world.

Say thank you. Slave.

Because Elaina is alive. Elaina simply won't let her loved ones die. That's how kind hearted she is

>I'd say we Magicians are also mutated existences like that plant in the "Adventures of Nike". After all, we are able to use something that is not usable by humans.

>.......No, perhaps the ones who can't use Magic are the abnormal ones.

>non stop threads since the episode aired

Elaina did nothing wrong.

Now you see why every girl with silver hair is shit?

This is more jarring in the LN
>chief orders nina to say thanks
>"thanks" shouldn't be forced, thinks Elaina
>i-i'm sorry
>no, not "i'm sorry", Nina-chan, "thanks"
Don't torture her any further, you bitch.

No, we clearly see you are shit

>it's another thread of edgelords trying to justify Elaina's sociopathic actions while strawmanning anyone who disagrees with them

>loved ones
Reminder that she never looked back.

Well that's the anime and MC of the decade for you

She did look at them before leaving.
