Well, you see Zig Forums, if you don't like this show it simply means you are of inferior intellect and cannot comprehend the masterpiece that is Majo no Tabitabi. You see, while normally a protagonist of a show goes on to interact with a plot device present in an arc, be it with good or evil intentions to present a conclusion to said arc in an interesting manner, Elaina's superior and vast intellect allows her to act with moral relativism to simply go away. And you are also not allowed to criticize Elaina because you do not feed the homeless or go to homeless shelters in real life (Checkmate lol). Why don't you stop being a shounen moralfag and realize that moral relativism is the highest form of philosophy? Maybe then you could truly comprehend the masterful writing that is Majo no Tabitabi and not suck off shitty shows like Spice and Wolf where the MC is a shitty moralfag. The love between Elaina and Saya is a thousand times more poignant than the Jew merchant and that furry shit wolf wife.
Also the BD sales says nothing. It simply means the world is full of idiots and fools who cannot understand this show and only want to watch normie shows like One Punch Man. I bet you also didn't enjoy Fractale; another evidence of your inferiority.
>the writing in this show is bad >aha, but what you don't understand is that it's SUPPOSED to be bad >I bet you only watch shows with good writing you loser
Luis Williams
>Also the BD sales says nothing Does anyone really care this early into the season?
Well friend while Elaina is most definitely the greatest character of not only this season but of the decade, that would make you a simping waifufag, but it means you are on the path to gaining intelligence and if you were to re-watch this masterpiece ten times over you could truly understand the intricacies of the show.
Mason Sanders
>A woman who won't sleep with cute girls is no lady. Based.
Grayson Fisher
Nah. It's a moraltard rant and a ridiculousl strawman
Cameron Sanders
>namefag >ridiculous sarcastic strawman Retard
Jonathan Clark
>s-strawman! >this erases the thousands of defense posts for your self-insert
Chase Ward
It seems friend you are emotionally unstable and have become upset. I don't think this show is for the likes of you.
Nathaniel Reyes
wtf one thread just achieved and another instantly popped out? And this is just an episode.
Jayden Rivera
word!
Luis Price
>loves to travel M-masaka, is Elaina a basic bitch?
Elijah Evans
>the love between Elaina and Saya is a thousand times more poignant This won’t age well.
>I'd say we Magicians are also mutated existences like that plant in the "Adventures of Nike". After all, we are able to use something that is not usable by humans.
>.......No, perhaps the ones who can't use Magic are the abnormal ones.
If she were a self insert, she would've saved that town and the slave and people wouldn't be seething this much Point is, no one who defends episode 3 or Elaina as a character is anywhere like OP claims. OP's the definition of strawmanning., attacking claims and attitude he claims defenders have, when no defenders have this attitude
Why must she always do something? It's wandering witch, not heroic witch
Camden Gomez
why does she look creeped out if it's love?
Evan Torres
She's a self-insert for the unironic and self-admitted narcissists and psychopaths that have defended her over nearly a dozen threads. The OP is a cliffsnotes summary of all of their arguments, and you now feel offended seeing it all put together.
Dylan Rivera
she can do something evil for all I care. Can she just do something? Does she have any goals or aspirations outside of just fucking around and traveling? What is the overarching plot of this? Is it just episodic slice of life?
Jayden King
>scam her way, get shekels and solve economic, saving the empire in the process >doing notging Traveling is a serious business.
Landon Bennett
She appreciates the kind words. Give her more of them.
How did she become part of the 1% of witches if she's so young that's a bit bullshit even if she studied a lot well whatever its not like it matters right
Dominic Adams
It's you who is offended by an MC who isn't a self insert good person preaching morality and must attack people who disagree with you as narcissists and psychopaths MCs are under no obligation to be moral paragons
John Gutierrez
Excuse me but her being the greatest and youngest genius witch ever is an indication of fantastical writing. By being so powerful and having 200 IQ, it makes it so that fools like you cannot self-insert thereby filtering out shounenfags like you. It seems you were oneof the buffoons who have been filtered. I truly pity ones such as you who cannot comprehend the genius that is Elaina's character.
Levi Jenkins
He's an anime only seething over a single episode. She already said in episode 1, speedwatcher plotfag. Her goal is traveling and writing her book And there's no plot. It's episode SoL about her travels. Sometimes she may do something like with Saya, sometimes she'll do nothing as she thinks there's nothing she can do or is not in her interest to do so and will keep going on. It's not that hard
Josiah Garcia
I'm fine with her being a terrible person. The waifufags who try to make her seem "normal" or kind or rewrite the stories to make it seem like it couldn't be helped are insufferable though. Thanks for trying.
Charles Bell
This but unironically.
Liam Reyes
Day of the rope when?
Ian Green
This but for the yurifags
Jose Martinez
b-but aren't shonen protags super powerful after 1(one) year training too? also she's a cute anime girl I can self insert
Zachary Cooper
she's the witch version of anakin skywalker
Jackson Lewis
>yurifags That's so last week, keep up
Xavier Taylor
Same reason Edward Elric became an State Alchemist, an elite postion even when he was too young himself
Grayson Stewart
I've never seen Star Wars, I know that guy ends up being bad or something
Brandon Wright
Shes there to travel not to do charity, shes seems to be smart enough to realize that doing charity may cost her the travel shes trying to do
Bentley Green
What happened in 3rd episode that caused 11 maxed threads?
Adam Fisher
>quotefags Wow... so this is the power... of ultra autism...
You can excuse her actions however you feel like. She's still a horrible person, and I'm fine with that fact. You should be too.
Elijah Nelson
Because all the art that had purpose by being purposeless was made in the 50s and 60s and we've moved past it as a society. It all began in the 1910s when Marcel Duchamp submitted a urinal into an art show and started dadaism and ended when Andy Warhol died in the 80s. We've evolved past it.
Matthew Cook
The MC walked away
Tyler Young
being bad feels good what bad things hav u done today??
It's not waifufags. It's people who observe the simplistic solutions people offer might not be enough If Elaina was a hero who wanted to do something, maybe she could, but that involves more effort in thinking, trying and planning that is required of someone who simply wants to travel and is not heroic. Like, she only helped Saya because Saya gave her a place to stay and she couldn't leave without her brooch. The moment she was told Saya stole it, she made her give it back and left.
Jordan Hernandez
I have work to do but I've been watching anime and shitposting on Zig Forums all day
Well my friend, let me enlighten you. In episode 3 the genius MC delivers a flower to a town which infects the city in to becoming zombie plants. She decides that she does want to do anything about this because otherwise it would be too much work and using the great moral relativism she realizes with her 200 IQ that she does not have any obligation to help a town she's is visitng.
The fools who dare criticize Elaina are simply too dumb. They are buffoons who can only watch shows like Attack on Titan and cannot comprehend that what Elaina did was truly the greatest logical thing to do.
Christian Jenkins
There's a purpose here. To entertain. To show how this character reacts, yes choosing to not act is a reaction in itself. to various situations To show that traveling, even in real life, means seeing fucked up stuff. The world isn't a perfect place
