$20+ is a big resistance band, at the height of trading the highest price was $22.89. Anybody in it that didn't get out shortly thereafter is trapped looking to get out unless they're long and insensitive to price volatility. That's going to cause a sell wave or two as we approach. Once they're cleared out the price will stabilize and people will post a lot of pink Wojaks and Bogs. You should estimate a top and sell where you think it's fair.

Personally I don't think we'll maintain $20+ for a while, though. I'm actually short with covered calls at $20.50.
