BEHOLD,THE INFINITE MALIGNITY OF THE STARS
BEHOLD,THE INFINITE MALIGNITY OF THE STARS
wiggle wiggle
TOWERING, FIERCE, TERRIBLE
NIGHTMARE MADE MATERIAL
NIGGERMAN SAVE ME
IS THAT A SQUID!?
OH NO I'M GOING INSAAAAAAAAAAANE!
Sad it ended. I could really use more seasons of Sir Mahiro and the terrible Frenchman(woman).
Lovecraft is rolling in his grave
My mind drifts into an unending void as i gaze upon the hideous form of the italian
New season never.
AAH HELP ME KUUKO.
DAZED, REELING, ABOUT TO BREAK.
Understand, that there is no point in living! Cry, that there is no answer! Where there is darkness, there are shadows! I, myself, am all of you humans!!
Visual representations of Lovecraft's works always suck! ALWAYS!
It's not the monsters that drive you mad, it's the knowledge that the universe is crawling with completely incomprehensible entities that could wipe out mankind in an afternoon if they happened to look this way and notice we were here.
Nobody does cosmic horror even vaguely right.
What about this?
Nyaruko is fucking great.
Black Holes, Pulsars, and rogue planets are pretty good cosmic horrors
>squid
CUUUUUUUTEEEEEEEEEE
>oh nooooo this thing is so horrible I'm losing my mind
>I would describe it to you but it would drive you insane so I can't!
>it's definitely not because I'm not creative enough to support my grand image of something with an actual design
>nooo nooo not at all, this is a color that came from outer space... so like if you knew what color it was you would go crazy or something
but user. think about it. there are countless teenage anime girls that could easily destroy the world if they weren't trapped in the 2nd dimension. maybe lovecraft was right and the japanese were the cosmic horror all along.
The only horror here is that you will never have a Nyaruko
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
These things cause me existential dread when I think about them.
Oh how small and insignificant we are.
>Black Holes
They are spooky as fuck. The Schwarzchild is the size of our galaxy. 1.500.000.000.000 solar masses lmao
I mean, don't astronomers have like the next 1000 years planned in terms of the cosmic objects that will passing by our Earth?
THE SPARKLING EYES OF YOUTH - TWISTED AND MADE MERCILESS
Hmmm...
>foreigners
>minds that do not work with real human psychology
>impossible physics (side mouths anyone?)
>corrupting our moral values
I think he might be on to something.
Bruh, you can't possibly describe something and have it have an actual affect on a person so much as if you leave it to their own imagination. 'Nondescript cosmic horror that is large, ever-shifting, and has a mass of tentacles' is much more effective than a page long dimensional analysis that tries to describe the thing in detail.
And, about the color, the entire idea is that a person is looking into something they're not supposed to be able to see, like a fourth dimension. The human brain is built for 3d, so while we can speculate about 4d and write math on it, it's actually physically impossible to imagine and probably would fuck up a person's brain if they could suddenly perceive it. The human mind and every single thought therein is entirely limited to what we can see, touch, feel, and hear. It's impossible to have a truly original thought. Every single piece of art, music, math, literature, and the entire rest of human creation stems from our perspective, so if you suddenly experience something entirely new, it's fucky.
