She asked if that's what he came to do because he has no other reason to approach. Suicidol never asked Reiji to commit suicide with her except from the very start. She even tried to talk him out of it once by giving him another option. See, pic related. Reiji refused. She doesn't/didn't care about Reiji enough to think much of dying with him in particular.

Definitely not. Chako's intention were spelled clearly in chapter 28. All you have to do is look at the way she reacted to Reiji saying he wanted to commit suicide. She snapped and tried to guilt Reiji, caring more about him thinking suicide with Nagi was more enticing than going to Tokyo with her. Her later thoughts are all about how she can assert control as an insider rather than having everyone around her make decisions without her consent. Chako's primary goal is to take control of her life.
