After reading them I've come to the realization that even if they are fun comics on their own that's as far as they go. The fact that these three are the most popular Shonen of all time and stand in the Top 4 best-selling Manga ever made has made me seriously question about the overall quality of this industry. Again don't get me wrong, they are fun turn your brain off series but speaking from a literature perspective, they lack actual GOOD WRITING and serve no real purpose other than keeping you entertaining. Is that seriously it? Is this really all the industry has to offer me?

Hard to write a good series without filler/random crap that would need to keep up with releasing volumes for a very long period of time without many breaks. The reason these are big is they're not finished, stuff of theirs constantly comes out like sequels, movies etc to remind people it exists and buy their shit. More people are lazy and watch what's popular (like any industry sadly) and don't do their own research to find what they may like more. The good thing about it though is it may attract people that...didn't even know anime was a thing so more money for the industry to create other content etc etc etc.

I agree with this user. I don't know how mangaka even come up with a main storyline for their series with the constant need to release stuff week after week. At one point they are not gonna be at the top of their game, there is no way to avoid it.
