Bringing real-world assets to the block chain. People get loans at 12-15% and use their car and soon airplanes and real-estate as collateral. They're not car loans, they're short-term loans secured by collateral.
If someone doesn't pay the collateral is collected. Utilizes Chainlink oracle's to provide real-time data about the loan status ect. The loans provide revenue at 12-15% and mToken holders receive 6.25%. The excess goes to DMG holders. This project can scale exponentially and provide passive income. I'd suggest you do some research or read the white paper.

Depends when you want to make it. The DMG ecosystem can scale indefinitely. If you want to make it by next year 5-10k. If you want to make it 3-5 years 1000 would be fine. The passive income is based on the amount of aum (assets under management) and will take longer to scale for you if you have less.
