From my understanding the project aims to create a 1usd stable coin backed by other coins. People in countries experiencing hyperinflation can then keep their money safe by using this system.

It’s not some coin for crypto exchanges. It is a literal inflation proof currency for real world usage. RSV is the usable currency pegged to a stable price ( like the dollar) and RSR will be the reserve backing it much like gold was used to back the USD before the Federal Reserve did the inevitable counterfeiting.
The project has the PayPal Mafia behind it and the PayPal Mafia has the secret world government behind it. The coin is probably the replacement for the dollar.
BTC was also the secret world government’s project and it was probably a trial run for their immutable, traceable, public, inflation proof currency. Is this it?
