Good question on the remodelling though. Given the confidential and sensitive nature of the mission, actual renovation work may draw attention to the existence of the underground facility so I suspect that's a cover story. The Yamainu could be moving in or moving out. I discounted moving in because it's already their base with sufficient equipment, there's no need to shift an entire barracks there.
