I haven't dropped it, I just think Wano is guano.

I will never drop it. I will continue to read it and I will continue to say how shit it is until it becomes good again.

I caught up with it and then forgot about it. Now I'm behind again, but can't remember where I stopped and feel too lazy to find a good chapter to start reading it again from.

I dropped it in the middle of Fishman Island, then a couple of years later I read it until the end of Dressrossa, and dropped it a second time. Both arcs were painfully slow and filled with boring chapters.
Honestly, at this point I think I'll return only when it's finished.

When i got to the 400s chapters and saw the story was going fucking NOWHERE. And no i don't give a shit if the 700s or 600s or even the 500s make it seem like the story is advancing. One Piece sucks shit through a straw and gargles it. The only reason anyone respects this garbage writing is because it's literally the oldest installment in Shonen Jump. Pathetic.

When i realized Oda is dishonestly milking his story dry. About post ts. Chapters are too dragged out and nothing ever happens. This manga is just boring.

I didn't. Forcing myself through the shit that was pre TS brought me close a few times though, fortunately after the TS, it's been smooth sailing.

That fucking ugly transformation almost made me do it, then Snake came and I cringed so hard and dropped it.

When I caught up, it was Dressrosa.
I hated Dressrosa.
When Dressrosa finished, and the next arc was almost as bad as Dressrosa, I dropped it.

The next arc was Zou though.

One Piece lost its soul after the TS.

Nothing specifically with the story, its just that it never ends. I was hoping for a ~200 ep anime and have a nice note to end on, but it just kept going, and going and going. I only have so much time for anime, I can experience so many more series in the time it takes to JUST watch OnePrice alone.
