I actually kind of like this arc now.

Honestly it was a nice change of pace, just wish that Chad and Orihime had done more in the arc

Really the only problem with the arc was that they pussied out of it by the end, and had it go back to power scaling and MUH CAPTAINS UUUOOOOHHHH
Otherwise it was based

The arc honestly suffered because the fanbase were too afraid of something new, so they had to throw the Captains in.
Like at most just toss in Rukia and Renji, and of course Ukitake for the whole Deputy badge reveal.
Like right before the Captains even came in you could see the makings of the plot getting a rocket strapped up it's ass.

The best part about it was that it cut the cast from over 26 characters to less than half that.

All the reveals about Fullbringers in Can't Fear Your Own World makes me sad Kubo couldn't do more with him in the manga.

I always enjoyed this arc, a nice change of pace with a smaller cast and ichigo interacting more with his human friends and family was nice

It's honestly shocking how Ichigo straight up killed him.
He didn't kill anyone up until that point, not even one of the two people who controlled his life.
I don't count Ulq because he wasn't the one steering.

To be fair Final Getsuga clearly had killing intent its just that Aizen had evolved too much and couldnt really die

Tsukishima is the one who made the Arc and should have kept the role as the big bad. Also you know he mating pressed Karen and Yuzu right before Ichigo got him.

>Ichigo's friends intentionally keep him out of the loop about what's going on, despite him clearly being worried about it

I know Bleach was never that kind of show, but there was something very unsatisfying about the way the cast just moved on from the situation considering how much he suffered towards the end.
