>READ THE VN !1!!!11!!!!

a friend of mine told me, Dont.. They cut several content but still, its really well drawn
You by definition cannot get the "full" experience
the vn soundtrack rivals some of the best film scores unironically. just fucking read the vn.
you can't
read the vn
Fine, you win, where can i read the VN?
the umineko project torrent on nyaa
OK, thanks user
steam or ps4
does the vn need to be patched on the steam version?
umineko manga is better than the VN. avoid the anime
I liked the manga more the more concise experience was overall preferable listen to the Ost as well
Don't be a secondary, read the VN. You can read the manga afterwards if you want. It has a few better moments here and there, but overall the VN is more emotionally impactful and the mystery is presented with greater intrigue.
No, you'll miss zts.
yes
I got into Umineko blindly a week ago, now I wished I got into it earlier. Read the VN even youtube is fine.
uuu uuuuuu
Which episode are you at? Don't tell me you finished it all in one week. There's no way.
no you need the soundtrack ape
You can if you also listen to the VN music while you are reading it, they music is a must.
But at that point why bother, reading the VN would be much easier.
Well I did skip some parts that's sleep inducing like beginning of episode 4 etc.
No, not even a little. That’s why we keep memeing the VN, you blind ignoramus. It is a COMPLETELY different experience. The manga robs you of all your imaginative agency, shortens the experience to a fraction of what it should be, and attempts to solution out a “canon” ending which is totally unsatisfying. Not a bad manga, but a HORRIBLE adaptation.
Also the soundtrack and voice acting is god tier.
Ok then is there a full youtube longplay of that ? I have no interest in installing that on my computer or playing it myself. Watching a video exploring all the possibilities would be enough.
You didn't like Maria and Ange's story?
I didn't like ange in the beginning but she grows in me after a while. sakutarou part is okay
There's plenty. Just search "Umineko walkthrough" and click the first result. However, they all play on automode, making it severely slower than if you were to read it yourself.
the manga is great and the art for all episodes aside from maybe 6 is really good, but the VN has a superb OST and top tier voice acting
>I have no interest in experiencing an experience for myself.
What? This isn’t a typical VN— there are no “choices” or routes. It is identical to reading a book with sound. Do you prefer reading books in low resolution, with lossy audio, at someone else’s pace, while annoying people comment their feelings?
You don’t?
Then you should either A: torrent the game and do all the annoying bullshit like setting applocale to Japanese, and have one of the single best reading experiences you will ever have in your life... Or B: pay money for the Steam version and patch it to have the voices, which is easier... or C: fucking wait until the time is right.
You CAN watch a longplay, but it won’t be the same. And there’s no pressure to read it right this second, as long as you have the willpower to abandon these threads for awhile to avoid spoilers. But I will NOT deprive you of that perfect experience by lying to you for the sake of making your life easier.
TL;DR - Yes, you CAN make hot pockets and it will be slightly quicker. Or you can eat beef carpaccio and caviar with the rest of us. We all love this game, and we want you to love it too, but one way of experiencing it is objectively better than the other.
umineko is one of those series that should NEVER be adapted in anime or manga because forced pacing cannot capture the scene entirely. That's why the vn takes an ungodly amount of time.
>the art for all episodes aside from maybe 6 is really good
based, now add ep 7 too
What's your favorite tho?
The voice acting and the soundtrack is really good on the vn so you're kinda missing out
I read the vn and the manga at the same time
In the manga you are given an answer so there is no way for you to actually be immersed in the mystery or the metaphysical truths
That being said, it's about as good as you can get with a VN adaption. Very solid on its own imo.
No you retard.
