The problem with P5A is that the game reached a point where the game developer can gamify (ludify?) an anime. P4A(G) still holds up because the game is inherently inferior in graphics and feel.

And obviously P3 will take a while since atlus will spend a good chunk of time debating which edition will they port. Best case scenario is if they pad P3FES with more content from P3P.

I'm not sure I'd completely agree on P4, but with P5 you're right in that the presentation of the game is out and out superior both as a game and as purely visual media compared to the fairly low budget anime. Royal's extra semester only leans harder into the cinematic side of the game which would make the challenge in one-upping it, or even adequately matching it, that much harder.
