This show is a masterpiece. Finished rewatching today and realized it has probably the best world building that makes it realistic, great character developments, layered story elements that make sense when revealed, epic fights and rly lit OSTs to top it all of. Am I enjoying this so much because im autistic and easily overwhelmed by its complexity or is it justified?
Shingeki no kyojin
Its popular for a reason, user
I recommend you don't talk about it on Zig Forums though, unless you want to spoil yourself and watch dozens of delusional shipfags argue
I hate how the narrative sucks Erwin's cock as if he was some military genius.
His go to solution for every problem is just recklessly throwing soldiers at it.
Im up to date with the manga so no worries and
yes sadly I noticed all the ship wars. Cant understand how there is a new ship war every few days...
He doesnt do it every time tho. When they overthrew the government he just played them.
I think the world building, music, and plot are pretty damn good, but I hated most of the characters and found the fights pretty shallow. I'm looking forward to more Titan action in S4 though
That one exception just makes every other case more jarring.
what didnt you like about the characters?
I really liked Levi, Hange, and Erwin. I thought Mikasa was shallow and Armin always felt kinda pointless and forced. But in retrospect I do think I liked more of the supporting cast. Idk at the time I watched it and read it, it was a real love/hate kind of feeling.
yea I get that. The only argument for Mikasa being Eren protecc is because shes an Ackerman and he awakened her ability. Really needs more depth.
Levi got his hand healed but why didnt he let the sand heal his face as well? or did Isayama really fuck up?
SnK has more layers than an onion
Only watched S1 and 2, but gonna try it out again. I know this is the worst place to ask, but is knowing That Mikasa dies at some point and Eren's dad is the boss gorilla going to make the rest of the series lukewarm?
>AoTfags dont even give acknowledgement to its initial and heavy inspiration work
based
stop trolling tard
Not OP but I avoided it initially for that reason, too popular with normies and threads full of shipfags.
so next chapter Falco goes brrrrrrrrrrrrrr
tf is this user
The manga is way better
That's not Norse mythology, Bokutachi ga Yarimashita, or the Eternal Champion bruv
what about it is better?
Unironically the art
No one tell him anything
it fucking worked
haha if you really think that then season 3 will be very lit for you
ok user but other than that its a great adaptation
They cut or altered some key elements from the manga which could make people think the story isn't as elaborate as it seems
Not really
They really only streamlined the redundant filler and side characters out of the story for the anime. Something the final arc desperately needs more of for S4
If you think its a masterpiece now, wait till you watch season 4 or read the rest of the manga. It actuallly gets exponencially better. True kino in the making.
Unintentional femNTR is goat
The shitposting will be glorious
like I said I read the manga, shit is going to get nuclear. Btw do we know how many chapters there are left?
5 I think
ok, if you read "falco go brrrrrrrrr" in a shit post thread you'll know its me
after that I can die in peace
