Cal is the best character, and her stuff with the MC is peak of the series. But aside from that it's a decent watch.

good, with some angst cringe. Problem is falls apart at episode 21. Not the strongest finale. But bretty good epilogue.

Nothing quite like it desu. Just the dynamic. Kind of a shame that kind of pairing is a deadzone in the medium with a few very rare exceptions

Yeah I was just mostly talking about the time period when she's a kid. The timeskip stuff was pretty bad.

Older Cal was true suffering kino. To see her become as corrupted and broken as the protagonist, when all he wanted to do was shield her from the life he lived, was a terrible ironic dagger to the heart. God bless The Butcher, not enough tragedies get adaptations.

there were some comfy elements, I just think bringing the doctor back was mediocre. And the cal conclusion was good.

One of my favourites but such a shame it's so heaviyl flawed. The main story ended too early. There was an attempt for a reset. But they didn't have anything to resolve, so they generated superficial plot elements. Mass of filler.

Those where still good. I could of seen them explore school life far more but they were also out of time. Should of maybe used less filler/less action and done a slower escalation on fewer elements and cal kills the doc at some point
