Bros how do I cope... I must've spent tens of thousands of dollars already over the past decade. Even if I get laser resurfacing and chemical peels, it doesn't stop acne from forming and messing it up. I finally have the money to fix my hideous facial features but the skin cannot be fixed

I've tried that it didn't work. Also every antibiotic doxycycline, minocycline, all the topical and prescription topicals. My mom had great skin and I assume my dad won her over with power and money. So I'm stuck with shit skin even money cannot fixed. The last dermatologist I saw literally gasped.

Use cetaphil cleanser and a non comedogenic moisturiser (rosehip oil is good)
These are what cured mine, it was bad enough that I seriously considered going accutane which is the nuclear option. Thankfully didn't need to. My mother also has master race genes and father has shit tier genes (big dick tho). Good luck op.

I had atrocious skin for a bit until I started taking one and a half spoonfuls of cod liver oil daily. It is the only thing that has ever worked for me; you just have to find what works for you
