I really don't feel like Ikemoto even read or followed Naruto that closely. I doubt we will see Sasuke use any unique Rinnegan abilities again.

He may be referring to the fact that her plan was to seal Madara away in one of the Sage tools. Obviously it wouldn't work, but it was a good plan on how to handle him
