Bleach

Why didn't Kubo show us Isshin's Bankai?

Wasn't important.

He forgot about it or just wrote himself into a corner like he always did.

Just how strong was he?
He sealed his Shinigami powers for More than 15 years yet could fight Aizen

He wanted there to be a build up to his bankai reveal, but sickness caught up with him and TYBW got cut short by probably like 10+ volumes.
Same reason why the Arrancars and Fullbringers play minimal at best roles.

Because Kubo is a hack.

Woulda been cool if Ryuuken and Isshin both fought Gerard, Isshin went Bankai but it still wasn't enough so he goes FGT and kills him that way.

Aizen was getting restructured by the hogyoku. Don't forget fucking Ichigo could carve a deep wound on his body that it had to regenerate.

Because he's a shit writer that stopped trying after Hueco Mundo.

Even before the axe swung it was clear he was phoning in the story for that arc. If he had a plan it could have wrapped up properly in the time he used but we had to have another rolling tournament arc that was introducing and dropping characters every 6 months.

he did show his bankai
you're just too dumb to see it, sorry

>Even before the axe swung it was clear he was phoning in the story for that arc.
There was no axe. He was sick and ended the series on his own terms.
>If he had a plan
He did have a plan. You can see parts of what was supposed to happen in the novels and he did stuff like show off the Fullbringers around 15 volumes in advance. TYBW was even called the final arc when it began serialization and you can tell he ended it way too early.
>but we had to have another rolling tournament arc that was introducing and dropping characters every 6 months.
I don't know what 'rolling tournament arc' is, but that's just Bleach. Lots of characters who fight lots of other characters.

it would take a miracle to survive that

After Yamamoto any other fire power looks pathetic

This.
Isshin could have been a nice matchup for Bazz-B.

Hitsugaya had the strongest Ice Zanpakuto, but Rukia still got her bankai revealed.

Same level as Kyoraku.

it was final getsuga. Ichigo's bankai is literally his dad's because he absorbed his shinigami power that had been inside his mother, holding back the hollow (that ichigo also absorbed, which is why the form of both his vasto lord form and Zangetsu inside his inner-world is "a hollow with shinigami powers", because its literslly that hollow with his dad's shinigami powers, which merged with ichigo's soul)

because ice faggot was always underwhelming (so was rukia's) and his bankai wasn't complete yet

Rukia's isn't ice, it's cold

I consider Rukia's bankai stronger.

So was Yhwach weaker 1000 years earlier? How did the Asspull not counter Zanka no Tachi but negated Monk's universal blackness ?

yes he was weaker. he hadn't plundered the soul king yet, nor all those powerful quincies he'd ripened up after his ressurection

He didn't use the almighty back then. Yamamoto must have attacked him during night time.

Ishin is flame (en), Yama is fire (hi), doesn’t matter Ishin still got shafted while Rukia didn’t.

>I consider Rukia's bankai stronger.
lol, just dodge the release and it's pretty much GG. Rukia's bankai is arguably one of the worst bankai

Rukia a shit

His ultimate ice bankai got revealed later

He didn't have the SK powers

It's a fire zanpakuto that would be nowhere near as impressive as Yamamoto's so whats the point?

The thing is no one expects a Bankai to have such a wide AoE or such an instantly fatal attack. Unless they had foreknowledge of it, anyone going up against it is doomed
