I find the first cour pretty good, except the recycled fights at the end of it. The second cour is pretty atrocious though.
The main flaws of the first cour are that everyone is incompetent except for the autistic MC and that a lot of the plots about the secondary cast have absolutely no payoff, notably Rat-chan psychotic princess killing break and PTSD-kun PTSD. Otherwise it has a pretty nice premise that is done pseudo-realistically.
