I love mash, and I love the idiot party in this. That said, hopefully this guy is the last fight in this arc, even if the comedy-fighting balance has gotten a lot better over the course of it.

Going off Harry Potter he seems to be a Voldemort or Voldemort servant ripoff with the panel where Mash gave him a headache. It's probably just a gag and that Mash gave him a headache because he's so infuriating and the real chosen one is Mash's friend with the sword magic using brother.
