>Shogo Ban, a college student from Fukuoka, likes to cook. Thanks to the owner of the restaurant where he works part-time, he finds himself working at the line of Roppongi's best Italian restaurant, Trattoria Baccanale, and discovers that the real deal isn't quite as easy as he'd thought. The manga follows Ban as he struggles to keep up with the hectic workload and his co-workers, along with issues outside the kitchen like his relationship with his girlfriend Eri, who he left behind in Fukuoka.

Let's give this older and perhaps underappreciated series a read.

I mean you usually start at 12:00 my time. DST comes in and goes out of effect on the 29th of March and 25th of October, as in yesterday. Not that it really matters all that much.

No that's useful knowledge for me, we don't observe DST where I live so it always hits me out of the blue when everyone's clock changes but mine.

Ah. I kind of figured that everybody's smartphone and modern tech stuff changes that on their own like mine does. No problem though as the threads tend to stay up for a good while after the dump is over anyhow.
