It was great until Oden's flashback. I wasn't really fond of act 2 either.

Act 3 is allegedly nearing its climax and yet STILL nothing has happened.

I mean it wasn't exactly what I was talking about but he's also not wrong. Act 3 has definitely had some high points, I like the design of the mansion and Gifter monstrosities are always fun to behold. It's lows are probably the worst this arc has had to offer though.

One thing this thread always fail to condition me into is not liking the panels and art, art style aside.
I don't really think act 3 is much slower than most arc finale starts, ie when they busted into EL for example and I have been enjoying it for the vast majority, but it's not like I can tell other anons how to feel so I guess we just have to disagree.

Kaido is one of the few important characters that we have not seen a pic of as a kid.

yeah, i'm okay with the pig living but Pound getting out of WCI alive with some minor scratches was really a hack move. He wrote a fairly decent tragic scene then ruined it for some mediocre cover story.

Kaido needs moe character and the crew needs a 10th member
