well last night we were asking how if max CNR is 1 billion and there were 990 million CNR at that moment and 169 million CNS in circulation. If all the CNS tried to convert then that would be 16.9 million more CNR which is over 1 billion total

So from my understanding, when you convert CNS to CNR, you aren't adding to the CNR pool, but are instead burning CNS and receiving the equivalent amount of CNR in return. Therefore you wouldn't exceeded the max supply of 1 billion in your hypothetical situation

Initially there were 1000 CNS only , you converted it to CNR - you got 100 CNR with each CNR having a value of $10 (one year ahead). and all 1k CNS removed from circulating supply On converting to CNR , at the end of each monthly block there is % appreciation in Price i.e. 30% or 1% day . So value of CNR at the EoM would be 13usd , if you cash out at the end of the month into CNS , now you would generate 1300 CNS , 300 extra. The price appreciation is also because on a daily basis some % of CNR is burned .The more CNR converted, the faster CNS burned and steeply the price appreciates.So this is a dual coin economy where the algo tries to achieve equilibrium between CNR and CNS. There can be 1billion maximum CNS out of which 9 million has been burned , on a daily basis 150 k is being burned. The equilibrium is not achieved over short term but over a long term and hence value would be generated accordingly. You can convert CNR-CNS and vice versa anytime. Holding CNS is not wise because if all the CNR were converted to CNS you would see more CNS and hence more selling pressure.
