If the manga was solely focus on the school with all that other plot happening in the background instead it would have been better. We could have seen work on going through everyone in different classes instead of him starting to have a role outside the school.

I swear to my 2d waifu, I read over 100 manga for the past 35 days, and the majority of the MC follow the same fucking trope. I even purposefully try to find manga that aren't shit, but some still follow that shitty trope. Romcom is complete no go for me since 95% of that shit consist of SUBARU/RENT-A-GIRL-FRIEND MC bullshit. Only exception are yuri or manga where the main focus is 1 single girl and/or the relationship started in chapter 1. That boxing tomboy manga is quite nice but it was rushed near the end.

I just started reading this & got to chapter 80. I can see why it's so shitty and full of plot holes. First of all, why the fuck would you make a vaccine for a VIRUS that has already infected a shit ton of people. The point of a vaccine is to inject a live/dead form of that virus just so your own immune system can remove it by itself, therefore, it won't damage every thing in your body; leading to organ failure. The majority of people in cryostasis has already contracted the virus, so making a vaccine is stupid as hell. Even if injecting a vaccine into people who haven't contracted the virus, it is not guaranteed to work & would lead to death for many people because a tiny dose of this virus is capable of internal bleeding then external bleeding.

Other than that, OP is completely right. The author write the MC like a complete bitch made fag. I don't mind his chastity, but the way he act and react seems like a little self-insert of the author's insecurity. What a fucking pussy.
