would you like it if it turns out ishigami had feelings for miko all along? i mean, Ishigami himself is contradictory when it comes to Miko. From her introduction, he wants Shirogane to defeat her completely but we find out it’s actually to help her out. At the party, he is supposed to be all about Tsubame but he can’t seem to stop looking after Miko. He complains to Maki about being her “servant” but doesn’t seem to mind it that much. He even tells her he will be there to catch her next time, which really pushes her to realize her feelings.
If Aka later shows that he did always have feelings for her, I don’t think it’s completely out of the left field. I find that nothing is quite straightforward when it comes to his feelings for Miko.
Well, that's it. Pretending for a moment that this is serious, I don't entirely disagree. However, I'd use "Thus, Yuu Ishigami Closed His Eyes" as my example, noting that the 2nd chapter is focused on Miko and the Sutera is the extra for the 3rd.
Ishigami's hair represents selective blindness despite his observation skill, and he's noticeably oblivious to how much Miko's attitude towards him has changed despite being the most exposed to it. One can reasonably assume Ishigami's observation skill fails with Miko.
