Yineu is similar to Ampleforth but the rebase happens after every transaction, there is the same amount of holders as there is tokens and if you hold more than 0.1% of the total suply you will get dividents just holding the token every time someone new comes that is why the gas fee is high for the first transaction, after that it is normal.

the percentage is (your amount)/(total supply). As supply rises, your share of each rebase goes down. The minimal amount to receive rebases is (total supply)*0.001.
