La Blue Girl was one of my favorite anime as a teenager. Good taste, unless you're over the age of 16.

I watched Night on the Galactic Railroad with my 10 year old cousin. I fell asleep about halfway through but she loved it.

For me it's gdgd Fairies.

>I said a statement, therefore it's true
Not really.

Watched Ikiru, 7 Samurai, Tokyo Story, Battle Royale. Love the first 2, Tokyo Story was okay, Battle Royale is shit.

>Ikiru
GOAT tier movie, watched it after a period in my life which made its message resonate with me alot
>Seven Samurai
Amazing action film, it does drag a bit too long but it has a story to tell and it won't be done until it tells it, faggot, and you are going to like it in the end.
>ran
The best king Lear adaptation you will ever see
>audition
Overrated like fuck, but still a pretty good movie.
>battle royale
What a mess. If not for the edgy premise, it would never be as popular as it got to be. The manga (which was average) was miles better.

Based and Cinemapilled

>includes schlock like Battle Royale, Audition and Lady Snowblood
Yikes.

>Not The Human Condition Trilogy

>Zig Forums hates Battle Royale

Bunch of plebs!

It's a disgrace to its source material

Based. MMD comedy anime is truly an ascended artform.
>Gdgd S3 literally never ever
>Tesabu S4 never
>Himote House S2 never

>audition
yikes

Bump

missing the human condition

Tokyo Story is a masterpiece
Ozu is the best director Japan has ever produced.

I don't know man, It didn't connect with me except for that scene where the mother cries in Noriko's apartement , That was a good scene but I still prefer Ikiru.

God I couldn't get into Funeral Parade of Roses at all. Wish I could've since there's some very stylish sequences, but it felt all over the place, specially with the whole semi-documentary scenes, popping up with no rhyme or reason.

Those are the kind of anime you think
"yeah that was nice" then move on with your life.
