Orange theory worked for me.

My posture improved, my shoulders became broad, my sides became thin, I gained "weight" but it's muscles.

All the niggers and specs are complimenting me now and doing small talk, where before, it was nothing.

My chest got more solid, my mantits gone.

I still have a gut, but not so bad.

The cooning is also better, I used to be a degenerate locked in a daily cycle of coon and coon, now, I control it much more, twice a week, if that, and only because it's a good release from being in fucking USA.
