Since this series is the Saiyan Only club, it's always confused me why someone like, Krillin or Yamcha or something never just used the Dragon Balls to wish to become biologically Saiyan. Shenron obviously knows about Saiyans and how their biology works, and it'd be less complicated than turning 18 back into a human, it seems like an easy enough wish to grant and then you could have the entire Z Fighters be Goku equivalent

That said, there is no way the regular draogn balls could resurrect an earth that was destroyed years ago, in another universe, and reshape its culture to remove its warlike tendencies. I remember when battle of gods came out a bunch of people were coming up with theories of how "god ki" isn't tied to saiyans directly and that humans might be able to catch up if they found a way to use it. lol?
of course saying this kinda stuff is stupid now considering how many chances they have simply ignored, but imo the best solution to close the gap before Super happened would have been to give everyone else the old kai's "potential unleashed" power boost.
