When it gets bad, it's the worst kind of bad, imo: fucking boring. While I love Pucci as much as the next guy, several fights like Yo-Yo Ma and Diver Down I find are excruciatingly unexciting; sure part 1 or 5 have their bad moments, but at least they can be hokey, or cheesy, or even cringey which I think can be entertaining to some extent.

I can concede that part 7 is objectively better than 5. It has better art, a better story and a better Joestar. Part 5 has my favorite stand, though, my favorite enemies and the best group of main characters overall.
