>Shion this
>Mion that
Ok very good however WHY DOES IT FUCKING MATTER IF ANY OF THEM GOES L5? TURN THE CHESSBOARD AROUND, our enemy (R07) wants us to focus on the small details but the truth is, the Sonozakis have nothing to do with any sort of main plot - they don't really do anything bad in Hinamizawa and certainly not anything that could be related to Tokyo, Takano or Rika's death while attending St. Lucia in the far future.
This entire arc is all smoke and mirrors trying to hide that this is hack writing and a filler arc just to please Greenfags giving them the spotlight.
Higurashi Gou
No
>Tokyo, Takano or Rika's death while attending St. Lucia in the far future.
I actually have no idea who could have killed Takano. Rika could have done it, but then who kills Rika? There's a new antagonist.
*solves your kakera*
nothin personal, yamainu....
And whatever new antagonist going after Rika or Takano is really much higher in the hierarchy than the Sonozakis, which is why I think an arc about the green-haired twins is sort of irrelevant and will only drop the smallest hints (if any at all).
We're talking about either a butthurt Witch, or some other powerful organization from Tokio
>they don't really do anything bad in Hinamizawa
They still torture people to death and they are also responsible for the harassment of the Houjou's
damn
newfags, get out
;_; Ok...
>What if Shion still goes L5 but acts completely differently? What if this time Rika thinks she's safe after getting K1 to give Mion the doll? What if Shion meets Satoshi this time and things don't go well?
>I think just assuming that someone else is L5 discards a lot of possible routes here.
I don't mind the idea of Mion going L5 myself but I do agree it should take a LOT, and we see none of that kind of shit so far, and likely won't with the seemingly minor changes so far.
I'm also admittedly an outlier but I don't think Shion snaps that easily off of a hunch like many are speculating Mion bragging about the doll sets her off, at least if you don't consider the mess from the console arcs. She needed multiple things in succession to make her force her issues and suspicions to the surface and snap as far as she did: Takano's interference proving even a random outsider can be very suspicious of the Sonozakis, one who in fact does something they don't like and is found dead; Mion and Oryou talking about their deaths when they clearly shouldn't and even Mion confronting her; villagers ala Kimiyoshi basically continuing to enforce the stupid Hojo grudge.
That being said, "What if Shion meets Satoshi this time and things don't go well?" is actually possible given the canon proper. In arc 8, Shion nearly attacks Irie when he reveals that he had squirreled Satoshi away into a coma room. And it's arguably her most justified, but at the same time, she has basically no chance of knowing Irie has him specifically. But if she did and Satoshi's fate did not go well, it could be very very bad.
A lot of people forget even though it's likely literally no one but Irie until certain circumstances knows where Satoshi is, while it does keep him safe from say Takano/Tokyo, it also means Irie is wholly responsible for his care and he rarely survives June 1983.
Wasn't Watanagashi always about the Sonozaki sisters? I mean, we know there will be a twist that separate Watadamashi from Watanagashi, but if it's going to continue the trend that Oninagashi started, then there have to be some similarities. In fact, there's already a difference in that K1 gave Mion the doll.
As for Mion going L5, that might be a red-herring. I mean, considering what happened during Onidamashi, obviously people were going to expect some twist from Watadamashi, and of course, most people would think that the obvious twist would be that Mion would go L5. However, if the same rules as in the previous canon stories apply, then she shouldn't, because that's one of the constant things in the story. Mion won't go L5, because she's rather cowardly, she takes her relationships more seriously than others, and she also has less things that can push her over the edge.
>Oninagashi
I meant Onidamashi, of course.
I WANNA PHYSICALLY FUCK FUCK MION
Mion (Shion)? Or Mion (Shion ((Mion))) ? Or Shion (Mion)? or Shion (Mion ((Shion))?
All of them at the same time
Ara ara
This didn't deserve its own thread.
Use the catalog next time. Or kill yourself. Both would be nice.
>just to please Greenfags
its working
What are the first subs, so I can avoid them
Those are the official Funi subs, lmao
So CR sub does a better job? Because I remember seeing the right when I watched it.
only funimation licensed it
CR is doing Higurashi?
>we know there will be a twist that separate Watadamashi from Watanagashi
The twist has happened already: K1 giving Mion the doll prevents Watanagashi/Meakashi from happening altogether. The issue is, unlike last time, everyone but Mion got a prize. This means Rena got her cute prize. Thus, K1 only had one choice and Rika pushed him into it. That's weird.
so bros I watched the DEEN show years ago but I already forgot almost all of it.
Is it better to just read the manga to refresh memory or VN?
It's all a matter of how much time you're willing to commit.
VN is the longest yet best experience.
Manga is shorter yet still decent.
I just want them to have sex already
How do I watch this show uncensored? Also, is it gonna be dubbed? I really want my friends to watch it but they're mostly dub only
BDs will likely be uncensored. No news of a dub as of yet, but given how early we are it could still happen.
WHAT IS THIS
WHERE DID THIS COME FROM
>How do I watch this show uncensored?
wait for BDs, this is as "uncensored" as it gets for now (some poor blokes got treated to a black screen for this scene)
