For me in Australia its the Perth Mint, 1000 oz is allocated bars with serial numbers the rest to reduce fees is the allocated pool account.

Respectfully if you dont know what the discrete logarithm assumption is, and what intractable problems are you probably don't understand the fundamental risks of cryptos.
That aside, average people can get protection from these crazy governments using precious metals, especially silver for the average working people.

BTC market cap is only 200 Billion, that's just one years new gold supply.
So if BTC market cap equals gold this cycle that is a 60x move roughly.
But like you said its a hedge, BTC was designed to fight for human freedom that's why I like it.

from what I can see what your paying is $43 max
IMHO you should start DCA maybe buy 10% looking for a pullback.
Most likely we pullback this year, but there is a 10% chance we go into a full inflationary melt up where the currency declines rapidly against commodities.
So buy at least some.
It is expensive now, but its worth buying some most likely the premiums over the spot price will come down in the near future.
If I was you, I'd buy 10% today then buy 2.5% per month and if silver drops to sub $20 load up to 100% of the money you have set for PMs.
